Sadly, after 40 years of being a customer, we left for a better local Bank. Over the last 3 years, the service has been so slow and unpersonal. The bank manger could care less and gives you the cold shoulder response " that's our policy...sorry!" I would recommend switching banks asap!

New manager Tina was very rude. Her and the teller were talking about my daughters personal information when I walked into the bank after an incident she was talking about it so loud my daughters name in my daughter’s personal information I walked right up to her and said oh you must be talking about my daughter I’m the mother and I just walked in the bank and you’re talking about my daughters information in front of everybody she put her hands on me and I step back and told her don’t you ever touch me again she is the worst thing back of the west could’ve ever brought to our town. Bank of the West has gone downhill since she has been there.

Anyone considering using this bank had better think twice,I had paid off a loan and they said that it would be seven to ten days and I would receive a notification in the mail,seventeen days later I go to the branch and then they tell me that it will be another ten to twenty days before I receive the paperwork I need,I gave them twenty two thousand dollars and can't get a straight answer. NEVER AGAIN !! Please note that this is the Oroville Branch !! The so called manager was to busy eating her breakfast to help !!

They got a 0 out of 100 , Worst bank ever !! Deposited a check in the atm on Saturday thinking it would clear on Monday but nope , I called them and talked to the manager on Monday and she said that it would be in our account by midnight , my boyfriend wakes up to check the account and they credited us 100$ , we were hoping to see our whole 1150$ in our account but no , I called them today and they put our check on hold for some apparent reason and then the manager starts saying that I have 5 overdrafts since opening the account and I said that in incorrect because I signed up for a account that I can't overdraft on and I asked her to look it up for me and tell me what the overdrafts we're from and she kept on making excuses saying she would have to research it and I said well then do it , that's your job right ? That's what you get paid for so please help me and figure it out and she just kept on making more excuses saying I could just looked on my bank statements and I told her that I don't get bank statements and she said that she can print some out but would have to charge me five dollars for a bank statement and that got me more upset, all I want for you to do is do your job !!!!!! It is her job to check accounts and let me know what over-drafted my account but no she was still trying to get more and more money out of me , I said your guises bank is gonna close down if you don't start doing your job right , she was refusing to help me ! I hung up and called back to talk to the bank tellers , not there manager anymore and she looked it up for me perfectly fine and got my check off hold and informed me that I only had one over draft but it was for 5 days straight, and after that she told me that they are closing my account due to non complaint from Me !!! I said you can't close my account without my permission and they said yes we can and I mentioned that I just got my check cleared and they said I can send you a check or you can pick up a check , I said why so I can wait longer for my money! I told them that I'm calling the better business bureau and she laughed on the phone 😡 this bank is the worst bank ever !!! BACK TO CHASE I GO !
