Visiting from out of town and had to pick up a prescription that wasn't ready at my home pharmacy before I traveled here. Very pleasant experience. I ended up being helped by the pharmacist. He and the young lady at the 2nd register were very friendly, cordial & helpful.

There is a young girl who works in the pharmacy always has her hair braided and wears glasses. She is absolutely rude. Never makes eye contact or even says hello And always has a rude attitude Every single one of my family members gets their prescriptions from this CVS and every time they have came in had a Horrible experience with her.. One encounter was my Mother had went to the window to pick up Prescriptions the girl Had a horrible attitude After my mom got the prescription she said that she waited for her receipt but the girl decided to slam the window and walk away and never come back.. please do better!

Every time I’ve gone into this store. I get stared down by the store clerks for no reason. When I check out my items before leaving I hear clerk murmuring insults. I’ve walked out the door to leave the store and I hear racial slurs in Spanish thrown at me. Too many clerks like this acting way too entitled and personal towards customers minding their own business. Any store that does this is sad and pathetic. I hate passive aggression and was hesitant to write this review but why bother saying anything to them in person when it’ll just end in gaslighting as is common now when bringing up complaints to entitled employees and managers.

The girl at the window Sunday 10/27/24 at 4:37 has no customer service skills what so ever. No eye contact and when she spoke she looked at the computer in front of her making it hard to hear instructions.

Excellent pharmacy they above and beyond when it comes to allow me to use coupons they find better ones. The pharmacist Jasmine and so was the rest of the staff.

Can't be counted on in a small town.Needed infants tylenol, doors were locked at 8:17 even though the store closes at 9.Luckily Rite Aide was open ??

After a disastrous experience at Rite Aid (see my Rite Aid review) I booked my husband for his COVID booster at CVS. I received a text 30 minutes before my appointment saying "click here" when you arrive and head to the pharmacy. So we arrived at 4:30 (his scheduled time) and clicked the button and headed to the pharmacy. They were waiting for him, took his card, filled out his info, took him to the back, gave him his shot and we were out of there in under 1 minute. Now that's how you handle an appointment. Would definitely recommend getting your booster (or any shots) there!!
