We delivered the truck a day and a half earlier, and they charged me $25 for the “mess” of UNFOLDED packing blankets, and the plastic bags they came in! Wow!??♀️ Who does that?? Did ANYONE tell us that when we picked up the vehicle or when we dropped it with an agent on the phone?? No! Owner called us, and said we were charged for “her cleaning the mess”, and it was not HER PROBLEM, and hung up on me!!! I will NEVER deal with this location for ANYTHING! Up till now, the process was smooth!

have been renting from this company for the past 11 years and have never paid a dime extra and the service is fantastic. I live in yuba city and the drive is well worth the money.
