Employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to find a missing package. We received a timely call back and they even dropped by our house a day later to make sure it had been delivered.

We have been dealing with this office for years and everyone has always been polite, attentive and helpful. The place is well kept, well lit and easily accessible. If you need a PO box and like a nice friendly atmosphere, this is the place.

Very poor customer service the employee had no idea how to do an address change and was extremely rude I rather drive to oroville or Chico to there post office then to ever have to deal with that again I will never be coming back to the Gridley post office. Save your time and go somewhere else

Every day we receive mail for the wrong customers. We have even found mail laying in the ditch by the mailbox. These carriers need to do a much better job!!!

I always have to pick up my packages because they alway say that the couldn’t get to my door.might as well stop delivering packages.would give it -5 star if I could??I pay for prime

Horrible, most unprofessional, unethical service. Missing mail, Even police report was filed. No call backs, no remorse from postal personnel. Unfortunately, I question the integrity of the USPS in Gridley, CA...Beware. I had to check one star but in reality no stars are deserved in this situation.

Lazy and rude staff, they acted like I was bothering them. They obviously didn't want to do their job. Also expensive, cost me more to mail my package than at Oroville UPS and UPS was very friendly.

The lazy carrier has delivered the “signature required “ slips rather than the MEDICATION SENT TO ME OVERNIGHT!!! 3 out of the last five months!!!! When I do go to the post office the employees act “put out “!!!

Some of the nicest people I ever met ?. Very kind and helpful. I love this Post office. I have never had any problem with them. They are wonderful people and always have my mail ready for me to pick up from my PO box by 11 in the morning. Thank you all.
