“Ken, I spent all morning calling around and was able to get ahold of Ken. He told me that he was full of other jobs today, but then paused and asked what needed to be done. I told him and he says I'll push my other projects aside bring your truck on in. Ken was incredibly polite and had a 30 minute conversation with me. He told me it might take 3 hours, I called him after 2 and he had the repair finished!!! Cannot recommend enough. He's the only one in his shop though so you might have to wait in repair.”
“I’ve been a Les Schwab customer for a long time and expect I always will be. Of the four stores within about equal distance of my home, I choose the Oroville store to do my regular business. It’s kept clean ( including the restrooms!) and is comfortable for those times that I wait for service to be done. Everyone there has always been friendly and professional. I never feel that they’re try to “up sell” tires or service, though options are always explained.”

“I have been a customer at Les Schwab for many years for all my Family’s Tire needs over the years. I like the Tires they have available, I like the warranty & service associated with buying my tires there. I like the free up keep service they have like rotating the tires periodically. When Traveling the company has a lot of locations in the unfortunate event you have, Wheel, Brake or other issues while out on the road.”
