Today on June 13th 2024 at approximately 1:40pm I went into Autozone and was not greeted what so ever. I stood in line and the employee that did not even have a uniform or name tag and wearing a black hoodie like he’s at home gave me the finger to proceed to come to his register. i asked him to help me open my car key fob to change the battery if possible. He then gave me the the finger to wait and he asked his coworker which also didn’t have a uniform on she was wearing a grey shirt and grey shorts like she’s was just hanging out and no name tag also. The guy asked her “do you know where the tools are for this?” She said no I don’t know where it’s at. Mind you this is their job and they should know where the tools are to help customers in needs. You would think working at a place that requires hospitality and also knowing about vehicles since this is a store mainly for that, and these employees had no clue what they were doing. It was the most awful experience I encountered. Also, it was very unsanitary in there and the floor was dirty and there was trash every where. If this is the employees your company is hiring let me just tell you they make your company look very bad. I than went to orielys across the street and a total difference from my experience at auto zone. Now that’s where I will be going from now on. Maybe Autozone can learn from a place with real professionalism and a clean environment.

I bought, online, an oil filter for my v-star 650 and picked it up the same day at Autozone. I also purchased 2 qts of 20-50 v twin mobile 1 synthetic oil. I had another qt at home. Good to go but it would have been nice to have the o-ring for the filter cover. One boo for stp powersport oil filter.

Ian at Autozone was so very helpful. Multiple times he helped me and went out of his way to check my battery and tail light. He also brought out some tools and helped to change my other tail light too. It was no easy task, it took taking apart the interior of my trunk and he put it back together perfectly. Thank you so much Ian, for being kind, helpful and going the extra mile!

I went in yesterday 03/24, I was kindly greeted by one gentleman. The other employee his name was John was very rude. I was asking questions about a car part i needed and he kept rolling his eyes, acting very annoyed. I was very disappointed i ended up asking to get a different employee to assist me. He also stated hes been working there for 27 years after I asked him how he had this job for so long with that rude and ignorant customer service. What a disgrace, terrible employee. Cheers to the other employee who helped me. Will be going to oreilleys from now on.

Takes only one experience for me to be disappointed and never come back here. I went there to buy a light for my car. A young and inexperienced person helped me out without asking me any specific question regarding my vehicle. He sold me a part that on his judgment was the right one. After a few hours and money I realized that business sold me the wrong part. Today i went back to try to get my money back and after more time (very valuable to me) the cashier gave me a credit store. I feel very disappointed and kinda forcing me to spend MY MONEY on this store. I saved my argument and I walked out. I never going back there ! They should give more training to those kids and maybe they will get more business and make the owners richer and customers satisfied.

By far one of the best auto parts store I’ve been to in a while. I went in to get my battery replaced and my check engine light read. I was helped by a young man who is a manger named Andrew. He was very knowledgeable about his work and very respectful. Thank you Andrew for all the needed help, I hope good things come your way young man.

So we dropped off our battery to be charged which we bought from them 6 months ago and we left it over night and when we went to pick it up they couldn't find it and after about 1/2 hour of searching they bring it out and tell us it's 80% charged we'll that was a lie they never did anything to it so we had to go buy another from oRiley auto parts across the street . We are done with autozone and not to mention this was located 4hours from our home we were stranded .
