They weren’t able to repair the car, but they let me know that, and suggested to take the car to the dealer, which I did- I appreciated their honesty and recommend them for most work.

Grover Beach Rizzoli’s, awesome posse! Stephanie's moved up & rocking the shop! Can’t do it without her incredible Mechanic’s! The recommendations I’ve gotten, to replace parts have been on point. Always looking out for what’s best for the car & my safety. Also giving me a heads up on what’s next to anticipate for the next visit. I appreciate it so that I can budget for it. They’ve earned my trust so I don’t mind spending the money. There’s only so many good respectable places to go now & days. These guys are one of them for my car & truck care.

First visit to Rizzoli's as I normally do itmyself or use the dealer's service. This was a first-time situation for me and he dealer was not up to the task. Very good experience; ook a little longer than quoted, but the job was done well. I shall return.

I had a Smog appt for my car. The people at the counter we're very courteous. They checked my car in quickly. They gave me an estimate of how long it would take. I waited inside. It only took about 20 minutes. The cost was very reasonable. They electronically sent the information to DMV that my car passed the smog check. They gave me my own personal hard copy for back up. I will go again in the next 2 years.

Customer service and professionalism are outstanding. They went out of their way to find a solution to fix my Sienna on time so i can go back on the road again. A shout out to Stephanie for being on top of things. She kept me abreast of what was going on. I was never felt like a nuisance for all my questions and follow up about the status of my vehicle. Another thing i love about this shop is they honor Veterans with special discount. Price is very fair. This shop had my highest recommendation possible. Thank you Rizzoli for getting my car fixed.
