I want to thank Shianne Adam for her help yesterday when I couldn't figure out how to get my hearing aid batteries out of new, very strange packing. My wife and I together couldn't figure that out on our own. Thanks, Shianne. She should get a raise.

Ms. Chandra Koeller is excellent, conducting a hearing test with sensitivity, patience, and efficiency, keeping the subject (me) informed and relaxed at all times.
