We qualified and were chosen for a place but had something on our end that prevented us from taking it. Wanda was very understanding , fair, and professional. I will go back to Del Mar in the future. Highly recommended.

Wanda is wonderful to work with, she was always helpful and kind. Del Mar has many beautiful properties that are both safe and affordable. I'll always consider working with Del Mar while looking for a new place to live!
