Transmission died while on the beach at the dunes SRA and we were told that kautz is the only one contracted to help with any beach towing. Appreciated the help and the thoughtfulness with picking the spot to put us where we then got AAA roadside assistance (just needed to get off the sand first)

Very professional and helped me a lot. The man who assisted me, Juan, was friendly and gave me information I needed without even having to ask.
