Went in to celebrate a special occasion and left feeling 100% good with my experience. Apperamce of restaurant was pleasant and very clean, Happy Hour Cocktails, started off the experience. Full of flavor not watered down version.Enjoyed with my hot & fresh chips with a very tasty salsa to accompany them. Placed order and received food in a very timely manner, hot, fresh and full of flavor. Guacamole was flavorful and tasted fresh my dish was so plentiful I asked for a to go package. It fed me comfortably 3x's later a a snack and the following day for breakfast. I ate the chile relleno burrito and it was packed with ingredients that all had a great blend of flavor not overly salted, cutting into it its appearance was fantastic made with care the layers inside were clear and evident this was just not a burrito thrown together, but assembled with a purpose. Thanks for making my celebration a fantastic experience, great job guys!!

This hidden little gem is on point with service, cleanliness and Ingrid one of the co-owners makes you feel at home. Her description of flavors and tastes are a plus. Their bar is well stocked and offer quite a variety of options a happy hour. This restaurant is family friendly and their salsa is very delicious. When I try a Mexican restaurant the first thing I taste is the beans and rice. If the side dishes are good “usually” the main dish is phenomenal! Greeting, service, cleanliness and food are for sure a two thumbs up ????Vegetarian options: Beans, rice salad and plenty of veggies.Parking: Parking is directly in front of the building and very well lit for evenings.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and boosters are available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide entrance and dining area along with the bathrooms have plenty of room for mobility.

Ordered the $25 shrimp enchiladas. The shrimp was way overcooked so very tough and dry. Every other Mexican restaurant in town does a better job. Shrimp should be tender when cooked. They took $2 off the bill but should have been half the cost of the meal as I couldn't keep eating the tough shrimp. Way overpriced for the quality. Drinks were nice.

The location in a strip mall is quite generic but once inside the restaurant is anything but. The place feels airy and decorations are of good taste. The food was well presented and tasty. The server allowed for some customization.

Dead at Lunch IMO not a good sign. Had a 30% off coupon and was still $15 for an Asada Burrito. I am not sure what their signature dish is but is not the Asada. If you don't like Queso Creme Onions Cilantro Salsa Cumin or Cayenne Pepper then this is the place for you. Rice Boiled in water, with meat boiled in water, and some beans that were probably boiled in water. wrapped in a tortilla with a small side of guac. portions not huge but the chips and salsa make it a filling meal this being the best part of the meal i felt like it i was paying for this mostly.. This place felt more like a restaurant trap and less like a food establishment. On my audit to see if this is a good spot to get a worthy burrito for a quick lunch La Casita Failed. I felt like they would prefer my visit at dinner time where I feel La Casita would be a great disappointment. I didn't try dinner the Fajita might be great its pretty pricey it better be. I can't take that chance.Overpriced for the Lack of culinary skills I'm sorry La Casita you need to do better. And you need Lunch options and you need to go to your competitors and ask you customers would they rather have your food or your competitors and re-evaluate until you fix you quality portions and presentation.

Overpriced and serve old food. Wish i would have read the reviews before. Cute atmosphere and prompt service. ( because it was empty) should've been a red flag.Salsa smelled not so fresh but i thought no biggie. Ordered fajitas which were a combo of shrimp n chikn plus rice n beans on the side for $30! Fajitas Not served on an iron skillet as I expected, the chicken and veggies werent even lightly charred or had much flavor. Rice was overcooked and dry, beans tasted sour and old both were inedible. Paid almost $60 for the crispy taco and small beef burrito ( tasted basic not spectacular) beans n rice sides, combo fajitas and one fountain soda. Stay away! you're better Off going to a taco truck.

Food was NOT worth it at all, highly overpriced and then they charged everyone individually but added "large party gratuity" to every order.... Lots of plates left with "food" still on them.... Sevice was okay at best, felt cheated..... Would not recommend, they must make most of their money off of people passing through, doubt they get a lot of return customers.... The water ? was delicious.....

This place is absolutely wonderful!!! Ingrid and her family make this place special. Ingrid tries to please you in anyway she can to make you happy. We love a mexican restaurant in Nipomo because of the way they make their crunchy tacos. We have been trying to find a place in 5 Cities that we liked. We have tried several places and could not find a place we liked. We tried La Casitas and the food is wonderful. We asked Ingrid if she could make me tacos like this. And her husband who is the cook did. That meant so much to me and my family. And the tacos were absolutely delicious!!!! I will be going back again and again. And bringing all my friends too. They recently got their liquor license, so they have margaritas and a ton of other drinks. Please support this business. They work really hard to please all of their customers.

I came from northern California and I should have paid attention more to the reviews. The food was terrible overpriced 20 to 30$ a plate ,lady who was serving was so rude!! Also they had no place to change your kid in the bathroom. Over all food was just terrible dry the salsa was frozen, I would highly not recommend this place is better for you to go to McDonald's.
