After speaking with Diane twice, over the phone & asking about a 5x10 Unit, I was quoted $119.00 total to move-in. I then arrived at their office with CASH IN HAND the very next day. I was shocked to learn, they not only NEVER picked-up the phone, but never even bothered to show-up at the office. Very dissappointed. Sure hope Diane is ok. Seems odd that no one answered the phone and NO ONE was in the office for hours! Mr. Storage what happened???
