O'Reilly Auto Parts in Grover Beach is known for its helpful and knowledgeable staff who provide wonderful and unforgettable service. Customers report receiving essential assistance, such as help with a fuel pump relay to get home, and appreciate staff who guide them through the store, show where items are, and offer recommendations. The store itself is very clean. This location carries a good and interesting selection of parts, tools, and accessories, including hard-to-find items like elbow joints for hoses and a variety of tire valve caps. It offers specific services like custom hydraulic hose making and brake rotor resurfacing. Additional store services include free battery testing, Check Engine light testing, wiper blade installation, and a free Loaner Tool program. While some note that prices, particularly for batteries, can be higher than other retailers, the parts are often necessary and the store is praised for having items in stock. The overall experience leads customers to state this will be their go-to store for all auto needs.
Bill and Ralph are the best hires this company ever made. Came in with a critical thinking problem and when most would give up they didn’t. Their knowledge on parts and compatibility on parts is the best on the central coast. Thanks for getting the job done.

Fred was awesome. I am from out of state and went in for some new wipers for the drive home and Fred not only helped me find the ones I needed, but put them on for me too. Great service. Thanks Fred.
