About Passiflora Mosaics
Passiflora Mosaics is a creative studio run by self-directed artists and instructors, Fred and Donnell Pasion, who have been producing a wide range of art since 2000. Their work includes award-winning mosaics, concrete sculptures, and found object art, creating unique home and garden pieces, along with site-specific architectural and public art installations. The studio, located in Grover Beach and open by appointment, hosts small, organized workshops that introduce participants to mosaic art, Styrofoam-concrete sculpture, and more. These classes are praised for their friendly, patient instructors who provide clear instructions and gentle guidance, making the experience enjoyable for all skill levels. Participants learn various skills and techniques, including tool use and project customization, in a supportive environment. What an amazing workshop! We learned a lot of skills and tricks while creating a sculpture using styrofoam and cement. The teachers and artists, Fred and Donnell, were fantastic. I loved this class so much and I'm definitely planning on attending another one of their events in the future.

Great teachers, so patient and helpful. The class area is set up so you can find everything easily. They give very clear directions and are always coming around to assist. Couldn’t have a better environment!
