“My wife and I went in to renew our passport. Lacy, the postal employee greeted us and was very friendly. She helped us through the whole process. She was very kind, friendly and professional. I chose to come to Grover Beach post office to renew our passports even though we live in Fresno where you must be rude to work there.”

“This is a great little one person post office with a personal touch. I was in there last week. The counter person showed me how to cram an item into a fixed price priority envelop and saved me $4.00. Rarely a line. Only downside they close for lunch and at 4 p.m.”

“My husband & I went to the post office on crest road in Pismo Beach. We were going in to turn in our paper work to get our passports but did not have an appointment. The gentleman #28 there was so kind to fit us in right there & then. He was so kind, helpful & professional. It took so much off our minds to get that down. Thank you for your great service. We really do appreciate it.Sincerely, Frank & Laura C”

“I stopped by here during a lunch break and it was BUSY!! I love that you can drop letters off without going in but you have to drive through the parking lot which is one way. The roadway and driveway area is the post office are a little at odds. It would be easier if there was a way to cross lanes from the northbound side, but that’s not the post offices fault.Service was great considering how busy they were.”
