Broke a rake tile --- gray cement tile, Eagle --- and stopped by R&S.Front desk folks welcomed me in, heard my story, and pointed me to the yard. "If you can find what you need, you can have it", so I adventured out into the warehouse.Yard manager personally led me to the correct scrap pallet, assured me that the color was correct, and gave me 2 rake tiles. Back to the front counter, where I left a $10 on the counter --- I hope they can get a cpl boxes of Girl Scout cookies or something good.This is the kind of experience that makes me grateful for the smaller business and my beautiful 5 cities.Bravo.

If you need Roofing Materials, this is a much better source than almost anywhere else on the Central Coast. Steve is honest, helpful and knowledgeable. They have many useful contacts in the roofing trade that they will share. So if you need a roof job ask here for a referral to a roofer. Their new Building Supplies dept is a well kept secret ! Come here for anything for Stucco or plaster work. They have a huge yard, fast loading and are grateful for your business. A very pleasant upgrade from using Westside in Santa Maria.
