I chose to come to Grover Beach post office to renew our passports even though we live in Fresno where you must be rude to work there.”

“This place is great! Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I only went to this place twice and it was great. I understand some people might only hop in here once, or come regularly to ship, but either way you're likely going to have a good experience.
Only drawback is that the location is kind of small, which doesn't make it very wheelchair accessible. It can also be cluttered sometimes.”

“This is a great little one person post office with a personal touch. I was in there last week. The counter person showed me how to cram an item into a fixed price priority envelop and saved me $4.00. Rarely a line. Only downside they close for lunch and at 4 p.m.”

“Just made it at 2.48 PM with a security guard standing there to close the door at 3 PM, Saturday, January 4, 2025. Martha took good care of my mailing with a SLO postage mark. Downtown Marsh Street was already closed, a hurried employee leaving in car would not stop while waving to her to ask if the Regional PO at Dalidio along Madonna Road was open.”

“I mailed a Mitchel and ness jersey back for a return. Fed ex made a mistake with the tracking number I had me fisher call them and figured it out but during the time we both thought it was lost me fisher offered to pay me for my jersey and took full responsibility and communicated with me the whole time. This provided me with peace of mind and much apprection. Mr Fisher got the actual tracking number and it was resolved but the fact he took responsibility and offered to pay for it goes a long way.
