Took my 4runner in to replace the bumper. Picked it up 3 days later and they had washed my car, wiped the inside down, and shook out all of my floor mats! My car looked amazing! I would definitely take my car back in the future!

We have plastic hanging out underneth our car after visiting oceano dunes i then tried zip tying it down with no luck since our honda fit was too low to the ground and hard to reach. We took it to this place expecting to pay something but they were so nice that they attached the loose plastic underneath free of charge. Maybe because we are from out of town (san diego) or maybe because their is still some good in this world and genuinely nice people willing to help out their fellow neighbor when it comes to minor assistance. God bless them and we thank them so much for helping us out.Service: Body & Trim

I got t-boned and it was difficult to find a trustworthy body shop, but Sierra came through! They were responsive and walked me through the work they'd be doing, and the turnaround was satisfactory.

Sierra Body Shop made the experience so pain free. My mechanic recommended them. I took the car in. They dealt with insurance company. The work was done 4 days early. Always a bonus. Excellent company to work with. I had an estimate, parts were in two days later, car was repaired in one day and it looks great. Butch was the one I was to ask for from another company that does not do repairs. He was extremely easy to talk with and was honest with the estimate. I will recommend anyone who needs a reliable auto body shop, hands down.

Very rude and judgmental. I took my car in to get an estimate for a repair and was told my car was “thrashed”… If you don’t have a nice expensive car, this is not the place for you.
