Very good prices, excellent selection and helpful staff. Don’t go to the big chain supermarkets for spirits. These are much more competitive prices.

At first I thought Third Base might be a scam but the reviews overall looked pretty good. I have to say I'm very happy. My bottle of rare bourbon was packed and protected perfectly. Shipped all the way to the east coast without any issues. Great prices and fast order processing. I will definitely order from them again!

Ordered 3 bottles of hard to find champagne, over $700 worth. Priced well. Shipping fee acceptable. Arrived quickly and was well packaged. These bottles come in presentation boxes and each was bubble wrapped. Only one bottle slipped out of its internal "holder", but it arrived safely. Not really their issues since it was inside the presentation box. Only issue was they should include a layer of wrap at top and bottom of the box. I believe I opened the bottom side and there wasn't a layer of wrap to protect it. Otherwise flawless purchase. Would absolutely do again as I give these as gifts several times a year and I can't find them locally.

I hope this review helps someone not make the mistake I made dealing with Third Base Market & Spirts. I sent two expensive bottles of 1942 as a Christmas gift, they arrived most horribly packed with no card inside. I never have been so embarrassed of a gift in my life.Third Base Market should change their name to "THIRD RATE MARKET"I'd suggest you go elsewhere for your liquor needs.

I was a little worried because of some other reviewers who said they didn't get anything, but it honestly sounds like their issues are with the shipping companies rather than the establishment itself. Ordered from here and received all 3 bourbons I ordered at a much better price than I could find elsewhere. Always look for MSRP first, but if you really want to find something that's hard to find and can't wait this place is a great alternative.
