I went into this place wearing a wet suit with sandy feet and got fantastic service on a killer ORANGE winter cycling jacket! When they told me the stuff was made here in GROVER BEACH I about died and went to HEAVEN!!! Don't miss the bargains in the factory outlet lobby. This place is PURE SLO. Good vibe, Relaxed, Come As You Are! MADE IN USA!

Rode the Cervello 30 miles RT to the store...closed, see photo. Nothing posted on Maps about change of hours. There was Staff there, but they wouldn't let me in to just look around. Closed Sat/Sun. Someone in Voler Marketing needs to turn this place around.

I've been buying Voler cycle wear for several years. Voler is the highest quality I know. Excellent fabrics, excellent styling, excellent fit. Had a chance to drop in at their outlet store today and met EJ. He took great care of me and I found some bargains in the process. Can't say enough about Voler. They are the best

Voler store stop by a couple of years back, and I still have the great quality jacket I wear for cold weather rides. Glad I stopped by at store. Great brand. Will order more,…definitely stop by next time.

Management has switched over the years and quality has been reduced immensely. No longer produce the high quality clothing as before. Owners should treat their employees with more respect and care to reduce their high turn over. I do not support this business and do not recommend it.

I trusted this company with my banking information and they took advantage of that information. I purchased an item with them didn't fit so I returned it. I was supposed to get a full refund well that didn't happen I got partial refund, and now I have to submit a claim with my cc because this place thought I was not going to check my credit card statement. Very shady business.

I will not purchase again from them. customer service was not good when I called and I feel the voler dollars shouldn't expire in 90 days. I feel your employees should also treat repeat customers nicer

Fantastic customer service, and very down-to-earth people. I had some gift certificates that weren't going through, and they were able to resolve it within the day and still get me my same-day pickup before closing time. Ethan in particular was really chill/nice when I arrived, and had resolved everything by the time I got there. Left feeling great. 5 stars man! They deserve it.

I have been an ardent supporter of Voler products for about ten years. Made in California, really high quality, great designs and extremely comfortable. I have over 12,000 miles of rides, mostly in Voler kits. When the sleeves of my Voler team kits from 2016 and 2018 started to curl, I was really disappointed. So, last week I showed up at the store and showed them what was going on. Ethan said "yep, that happens because of sunblock, especially spray sunblock." Guilty as charged, I use spray sunblock for almost every ride. But, Ethan also said they would fix them for me. Sure enough, they came today with new sleeves and absolutely no charge. Bring on the 2019 and 2020 team kits, I'm their customer for life now! Thank you Voler, I'm glad I was wearing your products on the top of L'Alpe d'Huez!

Service is very poor, they do not ship on time, they do not return emails, they do not return voicemails. They hide behind voicemail when they are unable to deliver product. Just not reliable in any way
