“I spent thousands of dollars there over a couple years, and it remains my favorite hardware and supply store I’ve ever been to. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the lumber quality is top notch (and they can source just about anything), they have high quality tools (best utility knife I’ve ever owned is from there- brand I’d never heard of), and the candy bars are sold with no markup. They once adjusted a load of shingles that I hadn’t bought from them (it was rubbing against my trailer tire) with their forklift- just to help out. Miss it every time I need to go to the hardware store now that I’m 3,000 miles away.”
