We stopped here for gas and I tried to use the restroom. I was waiting in line and saw in front of me a white young woman who returned the restroom key to the front counter. When it was my turn, I asked the woman at the counter for the key and was told the bathroom was broken in a short tone. I was taken aback by the dismissive tone. I watched another white colored person ask for the restroom key and was given it. I walked out in tears realizing the situation. Don’t come here, this place is horrible.

Trash can overflowing but I got hood video out of it but I'm pretty sure chips are not good for the animals in the area.

I stopped to get fuel and the sign said 5.30 for diesel. I paid in cash and when I got done fueling my receipt said 5.50. When I went inside to fix the issue, Kim said she had nothing to do with it. What a fraudulent business scheme.

Well I can assure anyone reading this that Kim is still the gatekeeper of the restroom key. Stoped for fuel and for my kid to use the restroom. Was told the key was locked in the restroom and kim wasn't able to get it at that point. Had an unfortunate incident cause us to be delayed by a half hour or so. Saw Kim retrieve the key and then another customer use the restroom. Thought great kid can use it. NOPE! not on Kims watch. Not sure what the issue is with this place but would recommend avoiding it as a road trip pit-stop at all costs. Overpriced coffee and the rudest staff I've come across in a long time.

Definitely one of the grossest gas stations I've ever been to.The guy working there was SUPER nice though so shoutout to that guy. He was an absolute legend. Give that man a raise.Unfortunately, the bathroom was really gross and just getting into it was a little bit of a sketchy process.

Terrible service. There is a dark haired Latina young woman that works here. She told me the "toilets are for customers only" (after she looked me up and down as if I am not of her standard - I was putting in gas and I drive in an expensive vehicle) no hello or greeting or how are you pleasantries. Plainly she is a self entitled rude horrible person that gives Gualala a bad name, and certainly not someone who you want to serve you in any capacity.
The toilets are dirty and gross and this gas station sux. Don't use it... go to the other one. Much nicer guy! 100%

Avoid this gas station -- and this town! I have never had such a hard time finding a restroom in a town in my entire life and this gas station won the prize for the rudest about it. When I asked about the location of the restroom, I was immediately asked if I was a customer, to which I responded, "yes" and then the cashier lady responded with "which pump?" I told her I wasn't getting gas because I had a Tesla and she rudely asked, "are you going to buy something?" I told her, "I was going to, but not anymore" and walked out. Little did I know that that would be the only place in this god forsaken town that would even admit to having a bathroom. God bless Texas where we actually let people use the bathroom -- I can't wait to get back there!

Just skip here. Lady was very rude! Made you feel very unwelcome when trying to buy something. My husband had asked to use the restroom and she wouldn’t even look at him and just shook her finger no at him. Even though the sign says if you buy something there you can use the restroom.
