A independent, women-founded and operated yoga and movement studio dedicated to serving locals and visitors of the Mendonoma Coast. Offering in-person and online yoga classes, in depth yoga trainings & workshops, Ayurveda services, Sound Healing, meditation and self-care practices. Teachers independently manage their own class and event bookings.

I dropped in while on a camping trip up and I'm so glad I did. Emily is an incredible, inspirational teacher and the good feeling stayed with me for days afterward. Highly recommend her classes.

We love Sutras. Owner Emily is so welcoming and teaches lovely Hatha flow classes that are suitable for all ages and levels. I also recommend Shayla's evening classes. The space is warm and relaxing...everything a yogi could ask for!
