Put in a change of address at the counter when I turned in my keys to my post box. (Several months early) I had my driver's license out. Apparently the worker didn't write down that she checked my ID and none of my mail was forwarded. If I would have known I would have kept the box until my rental expired and actually got my mail. Thanks! Not cool.

They lie about bad addresses and about making delivery attempts, and their hours are ridiculous.

They never actually deliver packages, even though they can get pretty much anywhere since they have 4x4 jeeps. Also, the postmaster is extremely rude.

For some reason, someone in the back remarks my po box. And then for some reason when I request a package that I know was delivered to uses 10 days ago is shown with a tracking number, the package appears. Nothing like whe Rick was there.

I have several packages and mails lost at this post office. I have confronted the postal manager, gave the tracking number in no avail. I have lost about $4,500.00 of packages. I am ver disappointed. lisa

Mail not delivered to my family who lives in Gualala and has a PO Box there. Several CDs, packages went missing and were never delivered. Not sure how secure the system of sorting and delivering is after these experiences and loss of about 100 dollars in merchandise. The US Mail is revered by me as a guaranteed people's service...a socialized communication system that is above reproach. I am terribly disappointed that letters and packages are not safe on this route, and deplore that I must insure or receipt mail for peace of mind! Polly Avendano
