A week ago, there was a problem with my mobile card bill. I asked the staff inside for help. I told them my information, and after they entered my information, they told me that it had been resolved. But no. Even during the service, several employees stood together to discuss what to eat at noon, and I was very embarrassed standing there. I don't think this should be the attitude of the service. This is my first yelp review so sorry I can't give O stars. I won't be here anymore.

I purchased my cell phone from this store a while back and recently I found it unable to connect with the cellular network so I bought it back for them to check. A young gentleman in the store at the time greeted me and I told him what the problem was to my phone. However, he couldn't figure out what the cause of the problem was so he asked his supervisor (that I remembered had processed my phone purchase previously) for assistance. She quickly concluded that it's not their problem and told me to find an Apple Store instead. I asked her for more details about her conclusion and she ignored me. I asked her again, politely, and she just simply ignored me again. I asked her again for the 3rd time and she just walked away. I was 100% sure that she heard my question since I was standing next to her but she behaved as if I didn't exist. I STOOD THERE FELT LIKE AN IDIOT! I looked at the young gentleman for help but he also looked away from me to avoid the eye contact. All I could do was left the store to avoid the embarrassment. During the entire conversation with her, I was calm and polite and didn't even raise my voice. However, she did NOT even look at me and just only looked at her computer screen typing stuff. Her voice was also in a unfriendly tone at that time. I understand that they may be busy at work but there was only 2 customers (me included) in the store at that time and she was not serving that customer. Also, this woman's attitude was totally different when I purchased the phone from her. It's very likely that once she found out that it's not their problem for my phone issue, she felt that there was no need to waste more time with me. Well, I understood that part, but I don't think that's a correct way to treat your customers by just ignoring them when the problem is not yours. I will NEVER go back to this store again. Period.

The whole team was so kind and patient with my father, who was switching from TMobile to AT&T and also trading a couple phones in. They gave great feedback on some other deals we had in place. Charles and Melody in particular were extremely helpful. I’d recommend this team to anyone, knowledgeable and unknowledgeable about technology.

The whole team was incredibly sweet and helpful toward my father. Melody and Charles went out of their way to explain things and give some really good feedback on other deals we had. We were there to trade in some phones and switch from TMobile to AT&T and they made the transition very easy. Many thanks from Lara and Roberto!

Came in to have a Sim card replaced on my iPhone 11 as it was failing. Excellent customer service on the phone led me to this location because I was going to be in the area. Derek, immediately saw that I needed help, approached me and solved the problem by registering a new card and inserting it and had me on my Way in under 10 minutes. Amazing service. THANK YOU

We have 3 lines with this company at this store. After 6 months of purchasing a brand new phone . The phone does not work anymore and they say they are not responsible for it . ? The staff are rude and they don't bother to help. When u go there as a new costumer they try to be nice. So fake ?.

Upgraded 2 phones to iphone 14 and it was very very helpful. Upgraded grandfathered plan too and able to help save monthly fee too. Very helpful.
