“Everything happened as expected and as it should. My former insurance co. refused to renew my policy because of 2 accidents. I was in a panic and checked with several insurance agencies. Every time I call they have been so helpful and addressed my concerns. Melinda deserves an enormous shout out, she is very knowledgeable/knows her stuff.
