“They were so helpful! I found out I had a nail in one of my tires and it was loosing air, I called that morning and they told me to bring my car by whenever worked for me they would fit me in. They patched my tire and rotated my tires for free! I also got an oil change and they got all three things done in just over an hour, they called me and let me leave my car there until I could come and pick it up in a few hours. When I picked it up it was quick and efficient, I recommended this place to some of my friends already but this was by far the best experience I've ever had getting work done on my car!”

I took the car to this Charlie’s Auto Service in Hacienda Heights to get a second opinion. The mechanics here checked the car thoroughly, not only did they find the problem but also fixed it right on the spot without replace any parts. The cost was very reasonable, saving me a ton of money compared with that of other shops. I strongly recommend this auto shop because of manager/mechanic’s skills, hard work and, last but not least, their honesty.”
