If I could give a zero star review that would be my rating. Unfortunately I have to give at least 1 start rating. Bank manager has zero knowledge of their procedures. Had to walk out after waiting an extended amount of time because they don't have answers and I doubt they were trying to get an answer for me. I will take my business to another bank institution.

I went here to move my IRA account to a regular CD account and met RONG WANG. She said I don't have that option. the only option is to move my IRA to Merills's CD account. so I went to another BOA in West Covina and met ROGELIO CASTELLANOS. He made couple of calling to BOA customer service department and ask if he is able to do that and they said yes. just need to do it as investment so I won't get tax bracket. It takes some time for Roger to figure it out. thank you for his help so I am able to get a regular CD account. Rong Wang is nice but I think she needs to learn more as assistane vice president.

people have to leave work to get here before you close on the already ridiculous hours you have. and to close prior to your posted hours is truly unprofessional. watched another 3-5 people walked to a locked door as we were all here prior to closing. im sure you guys have a useless explanation for this.

I am here for Rainie with a 5 star rate. I don't understand how come people rate this place with one star. I mean, Rainie is probably one of the best bankers as far as I know. I came here with my friend to help him open an account. She is very nice and helpful, professional on what she does. 100% will come back for her. Btw, first time give a banker 5 star rate.

This branch is absolutely horrible. I am not sure if staff knows what customer service mean??!! We were there twice and each time they gave us wrong information!! The second time we had an appointment but we were greeted by the staff named XIAN, (he seems friendly) he told us we don't need to see a banker, the form we needed (1035 rollover form) can be obtained through desktop PC by signing in to our account, WRONG!! Nothing there? We went back today and they still don't have the answer. Basically, you can deposit your money there but to get it out, you will have to prey it out of their hands!!! That Xian should not represent the bank of the is gonna make up stories as he goes... The staff is definitely lacked of training. If you want a front desk to be the face of your institution, you should invest on full training so your institution doesn't look like a flynight business on the street corner.

One of the worst banks I have ever been to! They are not accommodating unless you look like them. They huddle around the front and speak to each other, and will ignore you and act like you are bothering them. The bank is closed right now, and I hope when it reopens, they do a major shakedown and add a new, diverse team of workers because this bank is not it. It's 2023, not 1923.

It's newly built, the front desk people are friendly. The seating is comfy, it's a good place to go.

Horrible service. Been banking here 30 years and suddenly they will not deposit a CA state check. Manager, Samuel, was unprofessional and walked away as I was speaking to him when asking for further clarification.

I arrived 20 minutes prior to bank opening and as a result, I was first. This back is ALWAYS crowded and I don't like to wait in long lines so being first made my day. Employees were very nice, friendly and professional. I handled my business and was in and out within two minutes. Thank you bank employees

not sure wut happened but we tried gettin cash outta ATM & none of 3 machines worked :/ that is really frustrating as we wanted 2 get cash 2 buy lotto tix, as jackpot became over $1B

Really disappointed at their ridiculous monthly maintenance policy and their employees AND the customer service woman in the bank did not clearly inform me about this fee, and when I realized that there is a fee, it already defrauded me $24. The worst bank ever, I probably will transfer to another bank in the future.
