“This guys are good. I brought back a battery that died and I couldn't find the receipt. I called and they say I do t need it and they can check it with the battery label. It turns out that my battery was still under warranty and the gave me a prorated price to get a new battery. Thank again for keeping your warranty promise.”
“Came on and bought a group 24 deep cycle for a dump trailer. Went home and battery was dead. Employee said they were closing so bring it back tomorrow. Brought it back and still needed to be charged. No discount, no credit for wasting my time and labor when I run a business. Well this replacement one lasted 2 year and it’s bad. Called and no prorations and 1 year warranty. Corporate reached out and told me to bring the battery to George at SFS location. While the battery wasn’t replaced for free (didn’t expect it), he did provide a significant price reduction which was supposedly at cost. Lesson learned, only speak to George as he is the one who can fix issues. I appreciate the help and did raise the review due to the business making an effort.”
“Brought in my dead battery from my Dodge Avenger on December 1, they charged it up, checked out and had it ready when I came by to pickup today December 5. All covered under warranty. Kevin even brought it out to my van for me...wow service.

“Came here to pick up some light bulbs for my Honda pilot and they had all of them in stock for the rear lights. Got the economy ones, the check out line was long it's always busy or empty here. Staff is helpful the young lady helped me search up the lights for me and I picked them.”
“I bought one of their super start Extreme battery with a three-year warranty about ten months later my truck kept going into deep sleep mode despite recharging the battery, I brought it in and it tested good but showed it needed a charge, I told them I had already done so. they offered to swap it out with a new battery and extended the warranty. hopefully, this one lasts longer. but I am happy with their service.”

“Tran was wonderful to help me with the battery replacement for my 2019 Lexus ct200. Check with another auto parts place and was told because of the rain and the fact location of the battery and that they would have to remove a plastic piece…they could not service my car.
The lady at this location was very helpful and when she could not find help. She called out for TRAN. She explained the situation and how special tools would be needed. TRAN responded, I can do it. He was an angel in my hour of need. I was drive back to Fresno and was so worried about the check engine light Thank you O Riely and special thanks to TRAN”
“Purchased two batteries from Continental for my GMC 2500 roughly 1.5 years ago and out of no where my truck wouldn’t start. I wanted quality batteries for my truck so I purchased the Platinum series from them. Called and spoke to both Louis and Miguel. Miguel explained the process to me in detail and told me to bring the batteries in because they’d have to charge the batteries over night, and test them in the morning. If the batteries cells tested bad under a load test they would give me replacements. Called the next day and spoke to Louis and he told me my cells were in fact bad after testing them and that I could come and pick up my replacements! He also explained to me that my 3 year warranty starts over again from the day they replaced them. If that isn’t A+ service and a company that stands behind their product, I don’t know what is! Highly recommend Continental Battery Systems for all your battery needs. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend all family and friends rather than going to a chain auto parts store and buying a battery that’s been sitting on the shelves for God knows how long.”

“Love getting my odds and ends for my vehicle at O'Reilly especially the hacienda heights location but not if I have to deal with Fernando. He is rude he acts as if he knows my car better than i do. He acts like he is being inconvenienced when I ask about a specific part or brand. Every other employee is very helpful and nice. I don't understand this guy's problem. I feel like its an issue because im a female. Thumbs down to Frenando.”
