The tellers make me feel uncomfortable when all I'm trying to do is cash a check. Maybe their not used to seeing a blue collar latino but they always treat me like im suspicious

Sorry some people had bad experience with this bank at this branch. I agreed some of their branches are very rude and not customer service friendly. I drove all the way to this branch another day and i went did some banking service, one of the male banker was very nice and greeting and said, " How may I help you?" That is professional!Then he helped me with my banking not even over 5 minutes and done with all the transactions. I was happy with the service. And from now i will come to this branch because is a much better service than any of their other branches.

I have applied the HELOC for my rental properties. Only few banks could provide HELOC for rental houses. They offered very competitive terms and rates. The officer Ann Liu did quality jobs and provided excellent services. Thank you!

Came in to make a deposit and they have a box outside so there was no need to go inside the bank. Fairly quick they had lots of parking so pretty convenient.

Forget CUSTOMER SERVICE at this BANK. The three employees were to busy talking about going to lunch. When I asked for the clerks assistance to add up my deposit, SHE was to busy and handed me her calculator. I hope everyone banking there has better service.

Customer service does not exist here. Walked in at 5:50 on a Friday. I get it, everyone is trying to go home at 6pm but then why the hell did you let me in if you didn't want to help me? LMFAO. My mom had told me she just needed some papers signed for her safety deposit box. I walk in and right away you could tell nobody was trying to help. Employees were grabbing their belongings, saying "I'M OFF!" and walking out the door. I go up to the only teller left behind the window (older lady named Michelle) and she just looks at me like I shouldn't be here. I have her look up the account and she half-assedly does it and tells me she can't find it. I write down 3 different names in both English and Chinese and she doesn't even try to type ANY of them in and just repeats herself saying she can't find it. This next part made me livid and I actually laughed out loud. I s*** you not, at 6pm she tells me: "I can no longer help you because it is 6pm and we're closed". LOLLLLLL........

"Hello, how can I help you?" You could start with that. Its disappointing that for something like a simple bank transaction that a teller feels like they want to give service like Im at the DMV. Not that it will change the procedure of what needs to get done, but maybe be a little less rigid when dealing with customers.

My family has used this bank for both personal banking and business banking for years. But every time I come in here, the service gets worse and worse. I don't expect a high standard in customer service since it is a bank but it's a little ridiculous when you don't get greeted when entering, ignored until someone from the other side of the room has to tell the tellers that I'm waiting in line, not a basic greet as "hello. I'm sorry about the wait. How can I help you?", takes the money and processes it and just hands you the bloody receipt (didn't say a word the entire transaction time). Seriously, if you want cold, unkind, unpleasant, rude tellers handling your money, I highly recommend this place. I only remember them being friendly when you're trying to open new accounts (what a surprise there.) I'm already planning on closing our accounts as soon as possible.

Rude rude and rude how can a bank tell you that they dont have 9,000 dollars its a bank that is so d*** and they act as if im doing something wrong by asking to cash mycheck idk but if i could rate negative stars i would give 5

Slow, inexperienced clerks with bad attitude. Took 1 hour to perform a simple task. DO NOT GO HERE.
