I recently went to see dr Scott lee for my yearly physical. I had a strange rash on my hand for months and mentioned it during the visit he took a second to examine it and said it was just eczema. Months later after it got worse I went to a dermatologist and it was a fungal infection. I don’t think I will ever come back to this doctor

My kids go to PIH for 22 years. I recently tried this place out for physical yearly checkups. I went for a blood test. 2 weeks later, no one called me regarding the outcome. So I called their office; they said I have to talk to the doctor video conference. So I did; she said I have borderline high cholesterol.I received $30 co payment billed for talking to my Dr regarding the blood test that has to do with physical. According to my insurance company, it's already covered. No copay if it's related yearly physical. I called regarding my bill, and they passed me from billings department to office manager, and back and forth. No one cared, and they said it's their policy to charge me to talk to the Dr. I would like to give them zero if I can. They have a contract with my insurance Co. Dr Ong PIH does not charge co payment to explain the yearly test result, but this office did. What is going on here? It's the same PHI. The experience is bad. Maybe they have a bad manager, I try to talk to the manager, but she does not understand. It has not been resolved!!!

I have been calling this number/office on and off for the past few months to book an appointment and it has always been a busy signal. So I called the Urgent care attached to the Family Medicine office, no one answered. How is anyone supposed to be proactive in their care if they cannot even reach the office?
