Went here and the owner said she had to go home very rudely so she refused to give me any service. Ignored me pretty much didn't care , will never in my life give this woman my business. Negative 100 stars .

Happy with the service I got today. Always does a great job. Some of the reviews left for her are the wrong adress there is no Jose that works there just her for 22 years by herself.

I would have given them a full star if the lady let go after I said so many many sorry to her! (because she didn't call the toll?) she told me I would have to pay 400 for the toll, to be honest, I thank her for that but I really would rather pay that money to keep her f**king mouth shut!! For god's sake!!! I actually don't even know why I am sorry because the one who I should be sorry of is the plaza but not her! So now, if there is no star, I guess I will put a no star. I parked my car in front of The ice cream shop and this post center...This VERY NICE lady was annoying and kept telling me that she would have toll my car away(I parked in front of BR mostly), which I understand if she wanted to toll it... because I parked at a 1-hour space and my car was there for over two hours. However, that wasn't her parking spot; the plaza owned it! And she even told me that, even I purchased something from the plaza, I should have leave after I got the stuff I want... Please someone help her with her marketing manage system in her tiny brain!! a customer is a customer no matter how long ago you purchased, as long as I purchased in the plaza(within a day) This tiny Chihuahua lady (sorry, no offensive to Chihuahua) never keep her f**king mouth shut! Omg, I keep saying that I am so so so sorry(I really mean it until she keep non-stop speaking, yelling) about parking at a parking spot that wasn't even hers nor owned by the shop!!! People do deserve a second chances if they are truly sorry!! WTF, at that moment I really rather pay the 400 than have her being annoyed and so aggressive about my car parked there. She told me her customer cannot load their stuff because I parked at that parking space...???? The parking wasn't even in front of her, it was in front of the ice cream shop!!! There were other parking spaces that was close to her door!!! Come on! The plaza wasn't even half way full parked.... I mean, I would have been nicer if that someone was already sorry and kept saying sorry!! Wtf Please, please, please, do not spend money on people who will not let go even you are very sorry...and this is not the first time they are being rude, I have seen other comments. I know I shouldn't do this comment but this lady just really brothers me...and I could have a chance to be their customer, who knows...I wasn't trying to be rude, and I already keep saying sorry. I just don't know what she wants

This lady needs to work on her customer social skills. On one occasion, I needed to fax a letter. She asked me to write down the number for her. I didn't see any scratch paper on the counter so I grabbed one of her paper business cards and wrote it on the back. When I handed her the number, she turned it over to discover I had written it on her business card( mind you paper). She gave me the dirtiest look, and when I asked her a question, she ignored me completely. On another occasion, I wanted to fax some documents but they had been stapled together. I took the staples out and looked for a trash can, but she has none to use so i left the staples on the counter. As i handed my documents to the girl that was to fax my documents, the owner woman(in front of two customers) held up the staples and asked me why i left them on the counter! I said, " I would of gladly put them in the trash, but you don't have one available". I certainly didn't need to be treated like a child in front of her customer's. Even though this business is conveniently around the corner from my residence, I will never use her company for any of my business needs again. Period...

This place have a convenience location, but the service they provide wasn't convenient at all. Notary service charge for $15 (fair amount) Temple City only charge $12. The point is CASH ONLY!!!! (Hope you bring enough cash). I don't know why these days still have a retail store doesn't accept Credit Card!! I guess Chinese people doesn't afraid of the IRS. Good luck to this store.

I am not sure what is wrong with the lady who works there. She is miserable. Never greets anyone, walks right past you, ignores you. I went in to take a passport photo and she made me feel like I was bothering her. If I can give no stars, I would have.

Called to ask a simple shipping question, and was told by some lady that she has too many things to do and I should call back later. I told her I just needed to know if I can ship something out same day, and she screamed at me and hung up the phone. Psycho lady!

Terrible service. I've tried to come three times over the last six months to this location to drop off various UPS boxes for return to Amazon. The woman never gets off her seat from the back and just talks to me from a distance. I ask for a receipt to prove I dropped it off and she always says the printer doesn't work. This last time I told her she always tells me the same thing. So then she says the printer is broken and she doesn't want to pay to replace it. Really? So if you want a receipt don't come here, you're not gonna get one.

I would have given zero. I brought several packages and by mistake a left a return amazon package that was intended for usps. (The other was correct) I called up and explained and she said that yes, and that tomorrow the the mail carrier will pick up. So, today, I called to ask if she gave the mail carrier the package. She turned to be so RUDE saying that I am wasting her time by this phone call just because I asked if she handed over, and went on and on. NEVER go there! Yeah, when I began to ask her in normal speed, after I finished, she said to speak slow because she doesn't understand. So, I wasted time. When I told her that her bickering is also wasting me time because a simple yes could suffice, she went ballistics. Showered me with negativity. I don't care. I see that other reviewers say that she is rude and wants to make other people's life miserable. Yes. 100% like that. I will also make complaints to UPS about her terrible service. For her, each customer is a punching bag and "don't lose time!," do your punches immediately! Beware, you are warned that you will be dealing with a mad, crazy woman there.
