Didn't catch his name, but very friendly clerk working the store. He asks if you need any help looking for specific items, and helped an elderly man push his cart. His upbeat and friendly attitude made the shopping experience pleasant.

my favorite drugstore.i grew up coming to this rite-aid back when it was called thriftys. they had the best ice cream so rich and creamy. my dad would always get me a cone (mine was mint chocolate chip and his was black cherry and sometimes pistachio). Be sure to get some rite-aid thriftys ice cream. The best. Service here is great. workers are very polite and they have a drugstore in the back (hence the name drugstore) so convenient for picking up your prescriptions. i come here for the essentials like makeup (drugstore has good makeup better than the 99cent store), shampoo basically beauty essentials even otc cold medication. they have it all.parking is convenient. located in a huge public parking lot so you could park anywhere with no time limit. great neighborhood drugstore thats been around for decades and hope they continue to be around for awhile.

Not open at the hours advertised. The pharmacy supposedly opens at 9, everything is shut and phone constantly ringing behind the counter. Staff didn't show up and open until 9:15.

This is the slowest Rite Aid I have ever been to. The manager actually likes arguing and picking fights with customers. I heard her insults an old lady for not providing her identification for cough medicine. Then she went off on a young kid because he asked if the ice cream is on sale? It's horrible slow service typical of lazy employees and lazy management at this Rite Aid. Next time I'll go to CVS down the street!

Came here to grab some snacks and was surprised about the conditions. For starters it's feels trashy. Aisles are messy and mostly empty. The prices are very high, finally when checking out my number didn't work and they didn't give me the sale price.

Scheduled an appointment and showed up to find out that they aren't even open due to cleaning? I love clearing my schedule and rushing somewhere that isn't in business even tho the hours online state that they are. Lol thanks rite aid!

The Rite Aid in Covina is the best pharmacy. The Rite Aid pharmacy in Hacienda Heights, on Hacienda, is a joke. I can’t believe how many problems I’ve had with this pharmacy in the last few years. It’s a complete sh*t show. I was at the Rite Aid pharmacy in Covina for 40 years, and LOVED it!

This lady named Cecilia was very rude to me here a few months back I went in again and was helped by someone else but the person helping me didnt seem to want to help. They rolled there eyes after i asked a question seeking for assistance.

While I was working at this location I was blatantly mistreated, I was also missing pay and when I brought this up to them they didn't seem to have a clue how to check for the missing pay.

Why isn't that when I used the WESTER UNION to send money back home Philippines, the person that receiving the money still has to pay for the Tax If I Already Paid in here in my side?!!! That's Not Fair at all!!! I have Western Union !!!
