Everyone in this branch is always friendly and helpful. The area is not the greatest because of homeless people but the bank and staff are good.

I highly recommend the US Bank branch on Hacienda ! We needed to refinance my son's car and Hugo Contreras was very helpful ! Hugo is very knowledgeable and professional. He made the process very easy and stress free . I will refer my family and friends to him if they have the need to refinance a car or house . Ask for Hugo Contreras.

I've been using this US bank branch for many years and I love it. The manager Ruben is extremely friendly and has always helped me with any issues I've had. The staff is awesome. I wish this staff was cloned and installed in all banks around here. Eric, Chris, Peter and Veronica are superb, Always a 5 Star experience. Thank you for making my banking experience better each time everyone.

If I could give a no star I would this bank is the worst in securing your money. They discriminate against minorities. Example I have had a Mexican that had all the proper identification and they still. Called me to verify. Which is good but not once have they called to verify my white employees.

The worst bank customer service I ever experienced, went there 5 mins before close to open new account but the person who work there said I can't do it since they were closing in 5 mins so he want to go home than my business. Feel sorry for US Bank to have horrible staff member like him.

I made a charity fund to myself and was wondering g how much money I have in a account that belongs to me .my mother maraia Garcia Beltran at 1002 Larchmont and me share a joint account.however she has passed away and I still had a charity sent their cuase I know the clerks and they know who I am .plus I don't have any other account however I asked for checks donated to to be sent their and was wondering if I still have that money and I am waiting for my identification card in the mail and someone always steals from the post office inside job of course im tired of these thieves ripping me off going to other states and branches to get my money out with fake ID in my name their picture on it could you please let me know how much I should have in my account thats For my Patrick is my old middle name I had it changed to Coulter And my name is tattooed to my body for the record of perminit identification could someone help me get my money I believe some bribes someone at the bank Zaza or Dan taps my Phone telling people lies and forwarding they have my name and stuff on a card thats real and thier piture

US Bank have the worse customer service. The assistant manager Peter Montes does not have any skill in managing the branch. Often time he will talk to other customers or staff for over 30 mins and won't help out the line. Even other staff there are learning his way of customer service. Often time I fell I have to go in on his good day in order to get what I need done. I run a business and don't really have the time to deal with this. It is ridiculous that I have to go to the bank several time a day to get what I need done. He feels like he is a king there a upper management can't do anything about it. I never have such a bad experience in any establishment in my life. But again, doesn't seem like anyone care, even when i call in the 800 number to complain. THE WORSE SERVICE BANK IN THE AREA. Get yourself out of that bank as soon as you can.....

This review is only given to Lauren, I don't know why she always has an attitude all the time. All the other bank officers seem pretty helpful, however Lauren always tend to refuse any simple request with an attitude. I was asking her to complete a transfer that my friend owns me money, and my friend would like to write a check to me on-site ( my friend is with me too) she told us that we have to visit the La Habra or Whittier Branch. My friend was explaining to her about the situation patiently , you know what happened, she completed our request. Imagine, we might have to visit another branch for this simple transfer if we didn't insisted her to do so. US bank is a customer-friendly bank, and I don't why they can tolerate such an unprofessional employee who constantly checks her own belongings from her purse while the client is simply asking a transfer service.
