I drive for a living. The service was very quick, the techs were very professional and knowledgeable. I got the transmission, engine, power steering oil changed. It was a good service and I got a discount on top of all that. I highly recommend this place.

My mom recently went for an oil change at this location. A month later, her vehicle started giving her problems. She took her vehicle to her mechanic and was told she didn't have a drop of oil in her car.. her mechanic told her this place did NOT change her oil ...luckily her engine wasn't severely damaged. I can't understand how this establishment could have done this. Needless to say, my moms car repairs were costly so she will take her business elsewhere.

Great place for a quick oil change, no appointment needed. Call for quote and get coupon from their web site. Staff is friendly and do not pressure you for extra services.

I had tremendous service here, Carlos was incredibly helpful, kind, informative, and from the start, you can tell he was looking out for you. Nathan was incredible as well, going above and beyond. Nathan and Carlos both went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable, they both were a very good team. If they were on my staff, I would promote both of them, it’s rare to find service like this. I will be coming back specifically to this location because of these two gentlemen.

Amazing service, I came in because I literally had no oil in my car and they were on it and on top of other issues that needed to be addressed right away , they don’t pressure you on things you don’t need and force you you to purchase any service unless you want to make that decision. Would come here again as they have been great again and again.

Every time I come here, these guys are ON IT. They're incredibly professional, kind and super communicative about what you actually need serviced and explain everything when I ask about an issue. I hope they all get a raise for being the absolute best at what they do!

Car broke down less than 100 yards from location. Later determined foreign object fell into air filter and the throttle got stuck.Went to see if they would provide me a complimentary oil change or refund advised the object could. have been there already and just coincidence it happend after.they pulled air filter out to show me it was clean.Never going back.

I'm currently staying in the area and received an email with a coupon, so I knew I had to google my nearest Valvoline, and it ended up being this one.Within a minute of arriving, I was navigated by Jonathan into the lane that would provide me the service I needed. Since there were quite a few vehicles ahead, he made sure to let me know that I'd be assisted as soon as they could.I just needed a simple oil change, and I knew it would be a good price because of the coupon. ?? Maintaining a car is made simple by Valvoline. I didn't even know there was a coupon on Yelp, lolBoth Jonathan and Nathan had great personalities and provided all-around great service, with some humor too! They informed me of services that would be needed for the car and also gave me some useful tips to remember if i wanted to do it myself. You can tell they truly care about providing good service and making sure its quick! If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to spot just because of the personality you find when you stop in.

Definitely not 15 minutes. Waited over 30 minutes in the garage behind another car. Attendants did not care.

Not sure about their service. They told me $120-$130 for oil change on a Mini Cooper that takes less then 4 quarts of oil. $40 for best oil and $25 for oem filter. Non of which they use I’m sure. So $60 in labor for oil change..? Any mechanic does oil change for $80 on this car.

Read a lot of good reviews about this specific location and more specifically about Carlos and how great his service was and I was happy and surprised to have him be my specialist! I've been to a different Valvoline location before and had to wait in line for 10 ish minutes and then they worked on my car for over 30 minutes but when I pulled up to this location on a Friday morning, I just drove right into the bay and the whole thing took 10-15 minutes. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and super easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail and made honest suggestions but I did not feel pressured to purchase any other services at all. I had just come from getting all new tires and couldn't spend the money for some other services I needed so he printed out a list for me for next time. He really made the experience for me! There was also a 20% off coupon from Yelp at the time I visited so that was an added bonus (:

I have to say my experience at this particular Valvoline was superior service. Johnathan and Nate are very accommodating and transparent. Their service and professionalism left me with total satisfaction. I highly recommend this location for vehicle services.
