This 7/11 is NOT GOOD. I was simply asking for some traditional "SPICY SWEET CHILI WINGS", non of the two guys that were there understood what I was asking about. Even when I showed them the picture, they said that is just a picture and they don't have it. So I went back in and asked if one of the few wings they have there, were spicy. One guy said yes, the other guy said no. Obviously I got confused. So I asked again if those ones were spicy, it's the boneless ones on the stick. The older guys that looked like the owner, got upset and said he told me about "10 times" that they were spicy, but I asked then why the other guy said they were not? So owner got mad and just kicked me out. Simply said, "I don't want to sell to you". It was rude, and a tad bit stupid, they confused me by one saying the wings were spicy and the other one saying they weren't. I asked them to be clear and just got mad at me. The guy that said they weren't spicy looked confused as to why the owner kicked me out, when this guy did want to help. But anyways. I would not recommend this place if they will just treat customers in this manner.

I went shopping and to try my luck I bought a lottery ticket and the worker gave it to me broken and his boss told me that. He gave me another ticket, he didn't want to pay me what I won and if I wanted to scratch the ticket I did it outside, and as a consumer one chooses to do it inside to continue playing they should change that type of workers because since I don't speak English it discriminates against one

First of all I would like to start by saying if I could give zero Stars I would bear with me through this review as it was very terrible on January 18th of 2023 I had visited the Half Moon Bay 711 to buy some snacks the guy there was racist to two of my friends and using slurs and the other employee did absolutely nothing to stop it so I end up filing a complaint with corporate and they tell me they will contact the store to find out what happened 3 months went by and I didn't hear anything back typically companies usually reply within five business days however I called 7/11 again to ask for an update but they didn't have one 4 months later I called back because I still heard nothing and found out that they closed my case without doing anything so now almost a year later after dozens of calls with customer care I still have no reason or explanation on why they were racist which is what I was asking for also the store has shown no effort to write their wrong or contact me and get this I have a forum I asked other people if they've had a similar experience and over a dozen individuals stepped forward I interviewed them and presented this as evidence to corporate and guess what I still haven't gotten an answer this is by far the most awful customer experience I've ever hadUPDATE'Even though the owner has replied to this review I have filed a complaint with 7-Eleven corporate already two times and have been waiting over a year for response despite what the owner has replied it is clear they do not care about providing a positive experience and plan to do nothing about me being treated the way I was treated it saddens me that they had the nerve to reply to my review trying to suggest taking action on something that I've already done twice if they clearly cared about the issue they would take a different approach.

I was there to buy some slice of pizza and buffalo roll but I saw that employee was putting his finger in his nose and he didn’t wast his hand and he even didn’t use any gloves he touch those food with that hand it was so discusting that I didn’t buy anything and I left so much unhygienic place

If there was an option to give negative stars I would. Went to buy a couple six packs. The jack wagon behind the counter took my brothers passport card. Look at the picture after scanning it. Claimed it was fake because the picture was old. Looked at my id. It scans, but in my picture I have long hair. Once again said it was a fake. Then continued to berate my brother and I. Calling us names and the such. Whole store ended up walking out.

The pizza is hella good. Love the slurppie is good to love it the pizza is hot and ready even the Redbox machine is good I bought the Batman vs Superman blue ray. 10/10 bye now let me eat my delicious pizza
