All the staff members here are really friendly and welcoming. Every single one of them. They helped with a variety of issues and always with kind and attentive patience. Excellent customer service!

This place must have cut staff to the bone. Every time I go there, it is lunch time, or I am the last one or some other excuse. Today, I went there at 11:30, they said it was lunch time until 2.The cashier is nice to the point of obsequiousness. It is cringy really. Don’t do business with BOFA. They really are a terrible faceless cooperation.

Great service today for a complex transaction. Patient teller and secure experience. EV chargers in parking lot. Much safer area than other major bank in town. Would recommend.

I walked in fifteen minutes before closing time with an urgent need to open a new business account. My expectations weren't high, assuming it's a fairly big job that would require me coming back the next day. To my very pleasant surprise branch manager Tera Serrano and customer relations manager Keone Ramos got right on it, staying past closing time to get the job done. Extraordinary customer service.

I've been dealing with this branch for a number of years now and have always been very happy with the service. It was a real pain since they started closing on Saturday but I could live with that. Now it seems they have temporarily closed this branch. No warning. No explanation. Just a sign saying something to the effect of temporarily closed due to circumstances beyond our control. What about people who need to access their safe deposit box? What's going on here?

people need reliable days and hours when using a bank. Added a star because the employees are nice when they are there.

BOA now treats the Half Moon Bay branch very shabbily, and closes the lobby more and more often, without warning, depriving its depositors of counter service. The nearest other branch is over the hill in San Mateo. Their record for customer service is now becoming worse and worse.

I went here to try to make a withdrawal. There were four people in line ahead of me. There was one clerk interacting with customers. Thirty minutes later, there were still four people in line ahead of me and I left. It might literally be faster to drive over the mountain and go to another bank in San Mateo than to wait in line here. This is not a functional bank branch.

The only b of a around this area of the coast and all I want is a check register without having to order checks. Yet wells Fargo is open down the street. Think I'll switch to wells fargo

I will no longer do business with a bank that is closed to walk in customers. What a joke. The size of BofA and you can’t help out locals. You should be ashamed. Bye

Today this Branch didn’t have enough employees to open. This is not a special situation but, an occurrence that happens often. Just Like Matt Miller and Celia Alcantara said This branch is only useful for a ATM, anything else it’s a 50/50 chance. As a banker at BOA for many years, we as clients expect the bank to be open during business hours, the manger expressed to me today that her and the other employee couldn’t open the branch because her subordinates didn’t show up to work, as a manager it’s your duty to make sure this happens as little as possible. To me alone in the past 2 weeks this has happened 2 times. Seems like the branch is taking an extra day off each week. There was zero compromise to the clients today. I don’t see why 1 customer at a time was not a option. Closing the branch should be the last resort, to this branch it seems like it’s theirs 1 response. Please do not reply back saying mobile banking is 24/7 or to look for different locations that might be open. Please fix your attendance problems and fix your customer service. 7 people were waiting outside the window to figure out the problem, while the 2 employees stood in the back shaking their head. We can not read minds.
