Melanie went above and beyond to help us in an unplanned last-minute move to urgently & temporarily store our belongings in preparation for an unexpected fumigation date that our new neighbors needed to quickly book. Melanie only provided very personalized service but went above and beyond to try to help us get what we needed on time and it’s the most reasonable rates possible, down to details of boxes & moving help!!

Melanie was amazing . She showed me around the unit . Which was very clean. She continued to walk me through the process of renting the unit . Which was incredibly helpful since this was my first time renting a unit .

I had a great experience today after coming in. They found me what I needed. Melanie is a great listener and understood me exactly. She was very sweet and helpful. I suggest you call rather than just at sign up online yourself because not everything is up to date yet.

We had to use Coastside Self Storage for a couple of years between moves and they were fantastic. Conveniently located and reasonable prices compared to other storage options. Melanie was GREAT to work with as well - very good communicator and super helpful!
