The Shoppes at Harbor Village is a quaint little mall that offers a mix of boutique storefronts and eateries. The exterior of the building appears promising, and the interior is clean and relatively new. However, visitors have noticed that several stores were not open, and some appeared vacant during their visits. Despite this, the mall provides a nice environment for a leisurely stroll, with a brewery, a fitness place, and a small but very nice hotel attached to the shops. Visitors who have explored the open stores have enjoyed their experience, with descriptions of "great food" and "great service." While the mall may be a work in progress, it has the potential to become a vibrant and attractive destination for locals and tourists alike.
I went to the Costanera Restaurant. The food was amazing a little spicy, but with a lot of flavor. The decoration was spectacular just like the attention. The only thing that I think that they could improve is with the restrooms cleaning.
