Horrible service. They said they would keep my car for approx 2 hours yet they were late picking it up and kept it for 2 days with no prior warning and no details on what the cost would be until pick up. No communication whatsoever and horrible customer service.

I saw a vehicle on their website and spoke to one of their sales persons. Her name was Kelly asked if it had all the features I was looking for call back a few times to confirm thanks told them I would be in in an hour with a hold of vehicle do they need to pause or something and they said no weed Holdenville vehicle for you. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to get there 10 minutes before I got to the dealership I got a phone call back from kelly saying that someone was buying the buying the truck that I was interested. I could not believe that I had driven that far and they didn't have the common courtesy to say hey we have somebody is coming in if they don't want the deal then will give it to you I'm very disappointed in this dealership, so unprofessional even the manager said while we have people saying they're coming in and then they don't show up well I made a few phone calls, and I even had spoken to the manager telling him to tell kelly that I would be in there again .

My overall experience with James Ford was not great. The work they did seems to be good, but their customer service is severely lacking. I had some warranty work done and the car was there for numerous days. I also had to follow up many times to get updates on my car.The warranty states I should get a loaner or a rental but James Ford's service advisors had little to no interest in accommodating this need. They also had numerous staff members out for days due to illness and still felt there was not reason to help with the loaner/rental car situation. I finally had to call Ford customer service line directly in order to get it rectified. I spent 3-4 hours dealing with this issue after buying an extended warranty on the car. The warranty was not worth the added headaches.Given the difficulty they created I would have assumed the Service Manager would have wanted to talk to me and apologize for the inconvenience but was too busy eating lunch at the time in his office.I wish I could say this was isolated to James Ford but all Ford dealers in the area act the same way. So needless to say after being a lifelong Ford customer I will be moving on to another car brand. I also canceled the order for a new F150 Lightening due to this experience.

I was driving around trying to get oil changed on my truck. Everyone was two weeks out for a oil change in halfmoon bay. I went to the Ford dealership here in town, and they took me Right away. Got oil changed all fluids checked and tire rotation. Had me out in 1/12 hours. Very friendly staff. Will go back

Purchased a new vehicle about 1 year ago. Their sales team was awesome and their service team stepped up to fix the vehicle when I had a heater issue in a timely manner.

I recently purchased a vehicle from James Ford Half Moon Bay CA. My experience was wonderful and the entire team was very helpful and very courteous especially Daniel Hemren the sales rep. Both my spouse and I were very pleased with the service offred by him and we thank him for that.

These guys are the real deal. Took my car in for service another ford dealership told me I really needed to do. These guys saved me thousands by giving me straight forward, pragmatic advice. I would 100% go back and recommend these guys.

This purchase was the easiest, smoothest and most transparent of any car purchase in my 70 years. Peter Mauri made certain everything was clearly explained and he really enjoys answering any and all questions. The Ford Escape was exactly as stated, no surprises. The auto loan was easy , fast and everything about it was explained in detail. Purchasing this car was a pleasure. I really felt, and still do, the folks at James Ford are there to help you purchase a car, not there to sell you a car. I would recommend James Ford and Peter Mauri to anyone that wants to enjoy a vehicle purchase.

Somebody needs to tell these people that calling somebody 10 times in 5 minutes is not how you get ahold of somebody. You are more likely to get blocked if you do that as it is harassing. I might not answer the phone when you call because I have a life and things to do. It is as simple as that.

The worst experience owning Ford Escape 2018. There is well known problem with the design that you can Google.I had bought it here at James Ford and brought it three time for service for this issue that my car shakes and the eco booster doesn’t kick in. Finally the fourth time it had to be towed here just before Christmas It has less than 29k miles on it and they had refused to fix it until the engine blew out completely. It turned out that Ford knows about this problem of poor design that allows coolant to leak into the engine and if not addressed it blows the engine and even start the fire. We are in 2023 and I had been without my car for over three weeks now and still don’t have it due to parts been ordered. The service people don’t give me any definite date when I can have my car. I don’t trust this place. I will never buy or recommend to buy Ford cars period. Mine end up a complete disappointment and a lemon!
