Dr. Maclnnes and Hailey are an awesome duo. This is their second time to see Rusty and Marco and I can certainly say I found their new vet. My boys are getting older and it’s not as easy to transport them anymore. Having this option is going to be needed more and more so I’m glad I found it.

Either this women is literally out of her mind or she has a super sized ego and doesn't like being told what to do. Whichever it is , she is a horrible vet and an even worse human being. She needs to have her license revoked. A horse is suffering and lay dieing and the good doctor does nothing. Bravo.

I think it's very sad that you don't believe in any kind of humane euthanasia for this horse. Some people seem to feel that you're a good vet. You give life to some animals. So why is it so hard to release a dying animal to go on to its next life? It's not going to get better and it's hurting? Help him isn't creed the You should live by? Why should he have to die like this.

Dr. MacInnes is simply the best vet I've ever dealt with. I had a very large Malamute with mobility issues that made home visits a must. She and her staff were fantastic. She provided great care, in our home, and at an extremely reasonable price. She's kind, caring, knowledgeable, and always happy to answer questions. Highly recommend!!!

Dr. Susan MacInnes was recommended to me not only for all the qualities mentioned above, but for her gift of connection with her furry, four legged patients. Now, I can recommend her to others with the same assurance and enthusiasm—because, for her, her patients come first, not manipulating their humans. Instead of attempting to immediately dislodge two reluctant Siamese from their carrying case, Dr. Sue gently opens the door, greets the suspicious kitties and establishes a rapport by talking w them. Eventually they come out more of their own accord because, after all, Siamese like conversations. She seems to take in their individuality as she examines and considers what the problem might or might not be and how to proceed. You feel as if she is looking at them, at you, at the situation and considering all as she makes her diagnosis. She is very low key, considerate, aware and communicative. And, I believe she has the gift for sustaining some of the most difficult situations with her medical skills, because she also takes in that which is not measured by data. She came highly recommended by various friends with dogs. I can highly recommend Dr. MacInnes to those who are owned by cats. Great support team, as well.

Dr MacInnis is the best vet on the coast she's been our mobile vet for many years I've taken many of my dogs to her clinic on Cabrillo hwy and of course she's come to our house many times she's so patient with our dog and has made him better all the times we've called her to check our dos thru the years.

Dr McInnes and her staff provided the highest quality of care and compassion during our two visits. As our last one resulted in transitioning our beloved 19 year old dog to heaven, Dr. McInnes and her staff were so caring and really helped us through a difficult time. I'm so grateful we have such a wonderful veterinarian in Half Moon Bay.
