For the second time felt so uncomfortable shopping in there due to an employee name Steve being rude to people wearing mask, didn’t even care that we had kids with us. The first time it happened it took us awhile to go back there and we go and it happens again. We are free to use masks if we choose too.

If you need updates on your COVID shots their Pharmacists are responsive, helpful and very professional.Unlike CVS who’s pharmacists seemingly could care less about customer service.

Unfortunately there is never enough staff at the check-out, long wait time, and they further cut corners like not bagging your purchases.If you happen to need to speak to someone by phone you will never get someone to pick-up.

Employees not very helpfull. When you have a 60% off sale and there is only 1 item in the bunch that's not on sale then move it. False advertising.

As I entered the store no employee was available to assist me. When an employee did appear she said noting to me but led me to the correct place.ff, without comment. I would describe her personality as cold, the same as the check out clerk.

I used this pharmacy for vaccinations many times, and had good experiences. When I went in for my second shingles vaccine this year, the woman gave the shot into my shoulder... Way too high up on my arm. There was a crunching sound, and it burned. I told her I was concerned, she said it was normal.The next week was agonizing, I yelled out in pain for 2 days, then spent 2 weeks, unable to move my arm without assistance from other arm.I couldn't sleep, my range of motion was affected tremendously.After one month with no relief, I went to tell them at rite aid.They refused to even make an incident report unless I got a diagnosis from the doctor that my injury was 100% from the shot.Impossible to tell that.But I definitely know that I never had any kind of pain in that arm prior to that vaccination.Terrible customer service. Zero accountability.This means no one learns from the mistake, the person won't get proper training or not be allowed to give injections to others, which means it will happen to others.I know vaccination does are limited in half moon bay, but I recommend considering other options.As far as filling prescriptions, they are great at that... Far better than the alternative, CVS in half moon bay is the worst I have ever seen.

Probably the cleanest RiteAid you will walk into very nice to see... Also the staff is great and the farmacy is very friendly and try their best to get you in and out.A++

Terrible customer service from Vincent in the pharmacy. He needs more training on how to talk to people on the phone.
