Went in to get a new phone. The young boy Cole did his best to help me get a phone but did not give me proper information about my storage which I am not versed in. I originally wanted to go through my insurance, but both Cole and the manager Freddy insisted they would not take it because of a crack in the back of the phone. So I believed them of course and thought I will just have to upgrade then. The boy Cole was as knowledgeable in phones as I was and failed to give me a run down of what I would be getting (a downgrade). When I realized the phone he sold me was the wrong storage I went in and said there was a mistake. The manager was extremely rude to me and hassled me to charge $70 for a restocking fee for helping me get a different model even though I never even left the building. He wouldn't make eye contact with me, and at one point all four male employees stood around me with their arms crossed defending each other even though not one of them were there helping or associated in any way with the sale. In fact they were all in the back playing and laughing really loud. I feel violated by this store. This store is absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had in my entire life. They tried to corner me and as a team harassed me instead of simply helping me correct this mistake.After this happened I immediately called corporate which said they would be happy to waive the $70 fee and directed me to a store in Hillsdale. There, a very helpful woman named Veronica who was confused they wouldn't even attempt an insurance claim for me. Sat with me, pulled up my account and FILED A CLAIM FOR ME. Stating the only way T-Mobile wouldn't take the phone was if there was a crack on the FRONT of the phone. We did it in 30 min and she let me return the phone I purchased that day and WAIVED THE $70 easily and happily. This is the difference in being able to help someone and simply choosing not to so you can have one measly sale for your pathetic store. Thank you to Veronica and the helpful man at corporate for making this right. This is a store ran by bored young men who truly will say anything to make a sale so make sure you do your research before buying anything from them. I happen to be naive about phones but this was a learning lesson for me, and I feel bad for the people who work there because it is a huge disappointment to the entire establishment.

The service representative told us about a 1 month free trial if we were interested in trying out their internet service. Pretty cool, no contracts and we could decide weather or not we want to change cell service. Nice.

If I could give 6⭐️'s I would!!! EVERYONE was wonderful! Cole helped us get my kids phone setup and was so knowledgeable and patient! I HIGHLY recommend this TMOBILE!!

5 service across the board! I was in the shop twice in one day due to having to bring my child in with me the second time. Sam was great the first time. When we went back in Cole helped us, as did the manager but I forgot his name. They were both super patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this TMobile!

This is worst Corporate location of T-Mobile The female manager here is the worst example of who you don't want working for you. I watched an elderly lady in line in front of me get schooled and kicked out of this store because the old lady didn't understand T-Mobile just scammed her social security money from her and would not refund a purchase made just hours before. See this old lady lost her phone, went into store and bought a replacement phone, only to find her original lost phone. She was in line in front of me at the store trying to return her unused new phone in the box and pre paid service. This was just hours after making the phone purchase, and the female manager kicked out the old lady, she was crying, she said your not getting your money back, I don't care if you just bought it couple hours ago. You are stuck with itI watched the senior citizen leave in tears, followup with, don't come backI was there to get me a new phone and family plan for my 4 girls, but hell with this place. I don't want anything to do with this company.

We're formerly Sprint customers which merged with T-Mobile a few years ago. Even though the merger was a while back, we were told the two databases are still separate and the Sprint server was down for the day and we'd have to come back another time. None the less the associate tried up selling us on deals and products beyond what we're looking for. No matter the location, these stores always feel like stepping onto a used car lot, they're always trying to sell you something you don't need.

Took my iphone in to make a trade for a newer iphone. It was a process to transfer and add old info to new iphone. They were extremely helpful and concerned as my phone was showing issues prior to bringing it in. Great service no doubt! New Phone works beautifully and no glitches& all my photos and etc are all there!! When asked about my service for the line contract, perfect! Thank you to all who helped!!
