Our team had such a great time playing games, eating BBQ, enjoying the decked out venue, playing dress up, and riding the mechanical bull. Can't reccomend highly enough for parties, teambuilders, family events, western themed weddings etc. I can't want to go back!”

“What a lovey space. Their corner of HMB Main Street has had a lot of iteration but this is my favorite thus far. The space outside is inviting and full of healthy plants and herbs for a local garden. Then the inside space is clean and open and airy with lots of treasures. I hope they bring in even more fun items before the holidays to expand their selection. We ended up getting a few small items and a gorgeous, huge bouquet of lovely flowers that made our day and were very reasonably priced.”

“The best local dive bar. There is a "Members Only" sign on the door, but just walk on in. Everyone is welcome. Come for the cheap drinks, stay for the stories.”

“My fiancé and I decided to have our wedding reception here at the Oceano. Its beautiful, the food was great and the staff was so exceptionally friendly. BUT - one person absolutely made everything possible. That person is Nancy. She deserves the Nobel Prize for wedding planning. I'm a nervous person who gets overwhelmed by planning big events. I don't know what I don't know. Luckily Nancy was there to guide us both through the entire process. I really can't say enough wonderful things about her and her coworkers. I'd wake up in the middle of the night thinking "OMG, did we get tablecloths?!" No problem. Nancy already had it under control. Got a question? Nancy has the answer and already knows the DJ/photographer/cake baker and more. Without her, I would have been a total mess. She made us both feel like we were in VERY capable hands and everything was going to be ok. AND the best part is that it was ok! The reception went down without a single snafu! After our first meeting, we both walked out feeling like a huge weight had been lifted off our chest. You will too.”

“We had the 3-wine sampler and the sourdough bread. The bread came with a need to select two versions of olive oil and two versions of balsamic vinegar. We chose Mesquite and Fig balsamic and garlic and lemon olive oil. Wow!!!People were just sweet, atmosphere amazing even under construction.Cannot wait to come again!!!T&T”

“If you are checking in do your best to avoid Connor at the front desk. As others have mentioned before he will discriminate against you. Im not sure if it is because we are Asian or what. He had us pay for an upgrade promising that it would be ready in 15 minutes and telling us it would be in a certain location. Almost 2 hours later we still were not in the room. I had to go to the front desk 4-5 timesI think he runs this scheme where he claims to be contacting the cleaning crew but is really just talking to himself. He even went to the back room to "check on it". I think its just a game he pulls on peopleWhen we got to the room it was the room type he promised but it was all the way down the hall in the worst spot and nowhere near to where he promised. The cleaning crew didnt look like they had been contacted and almost every other room of the same type was unoccupied. Thankfully after contacting them, the manager KJ made it right.Every other time we have been here we havent been haggled being platinum elite but Connor definitely decided to make it difficultOtherwise, everything was great, i know everything cant always be perfect. My wife and i love visiting the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay and will be back. Hopefully Connor will no longer be here”
