Not as klanish as it was few years ago when the attitude and service was favored towards a particular group.

Hello, I recently received a text survey from AT&T and some of the answers got mid-typed and input into the survey, so here is my review, Jorge, the one who assisted me, was an excellent assistant and kept me engaged the entire time. He offered me multiple solutions as well as additional interesting offers. He was incredible and I hope these questions being answered incorrectly doesn't hurt his review. He is a 10 out of 10. I do not remember the name of his trainee partner unfortunately, but she was excellent as well. I hope she isn’t negatively affected by an inaccurate review either.

AVOID THIS STORE, especially if you are a senior! They will tell and promise you ANYTHING to get the sale and then do NOTHING to assist when you have an issue!! Bought $400 phone and they didn't have screen protector but said they would put on if I provided one, even told me I could buy off Amazon. When I returneded to store, they refused to do it and said they didn't do that, because of liability if they did it wrong. They don't care about helping their customers, especially if they are seniors!! Then they tried to point the finger at each other about who said what, still avoiding accepting responsibility for their actions. Will NEVER deal with AT&T again and will discourage as many people as I can from experiencing the same poor, disrespectful customer service!!! UPDATE: Went to Cricket Store in Lemoore and they not only put on the screen protector, but didn't even charge for their assistance... THAT IS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great customer service. Juan was great. He helped us with all of our needs. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and even helped us get our account corrected for billing purposes.

I don't know if it was laziness or incompetence but they were both strong qualities of Chris. I had an issue with my Direct TV service and asked to see the manager. Chris proved himself worthless and the manager couldn't even bother to come out to talk with a customer. So I left with no solution other than to call customer service.... Why they were unable to or did not offer I cannot understand. They are great when you're buying stuff but are useless when there is a problem.

Staff at Hanford location were so friendly. I was greeted immediately and helped. I walked out within 30 minutes with my new phone. I would definitely recommend you go here for your needs. Staff were amazing especially Berenice .

I was at the ATT store at 140 12th Ave/St in Hanford California. A gentleman by the name of Eddie helped me. The other employees made me feel like I was a bother and didn’t have the time to help me. I am a senior citizen and not worth their time I guess. Eddie stepped in and helped me. He was so patient and respectful. I just wanted to thank him for being so kind and helpful to an old lady. He is definitely an asset to your company.
