The store is in handford mall so the mall itself needs life all of the store shelves are not fully stocked and it seems like it won't be open too much longer

The big five in Coalinga is awesome. The people that work there are willing to help. Especially this one girl who works there small antique,with glasses help me with my hair pump. She went above and beyond to show me how it worked. I thought it was great customer service skills. Great job team. You make big five look good.

Worst customer service ever. Disrespectful and not customer focused at all. No wonder they lose so much market share to competitors who put customers first. Will never buy anything there again. (Happened at multiple locations but most recently was Kings Canyon in Fresno).
