If I could give 10 stars I would, specifically to Ricardo who works there. It’s been a long time since I’ve received phenomenal customer service and Ricardo made me a believer again that it does indeed still exist. I was greeted the minute I entered. After I explained the issue I was having he assured me he would fix the issue and he did! He went above and beyond for me and honestly I bragged about Ricardo to both my friends and family because honestly, he made my day! I cannot THANK YOU enough Ricardo!
The store in itself was clean and organized as well which made it that more pleasant. I have managed restaurants for over 25 years and I am fully aware of customer satisfaction when encountered, therefore I give 10 full stars to Ricardo! 🙂

The two employees we had to deal with were so rude. My step dad and brother went in a week before me and got a phone here at a certain price. I was getting a different phone but was thinking about the cheaper phone. I asked the first employee about it and he basically said I was lying. So I called my stepdad and asked him if I was wrong. Even when the guy heard him say he got it in the same store for the price I said, he still called me a lier. The next day we went back to switch my husband's plan to boost from something else and get a new phone. A different employee was working. As soon as we opened the door you could hear her from back room cussing that she had to get up. It was an hour before closing. The whole time she would laugh at our questions and just beyond rude. We asked if we could just get the switch done and buy the phone. She told us she did not feel like doing all that an hour before closing. I was disgusted by her. We are still going to get boost for him but not at this location and I will be calling whoever I need to report them. I work in customer service and I would never treat someone as awful as they treated us.
