Very impressed with their service. The manger Armando was very helpful in ordering the parts and they started repairs the next day. They kept me informed with the progress of the repairs. And detailed my car inside and out upon return it to me. I would definitely recommend them.

I got excellent service from this shop. I was worried after hearing horror stories of other incidents at other collision repair dealers, but this one was awesome and went above and beyond always informing me of what was going to happen next with my vehicle or parts they had to get and I got my car on time when they said and the service was friendly and it was a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.

Caliber Collision provided the best service a person in my situation can ask for. Dana and her team when above and beyond to ensure I understood the process, had adequate transportation, they even arranged drop off of my rental. They kept me posted on updates of procurement of parts, prices, and labor. These people were compassionate, knowledgeable, and displayed the best customer service I had ever experienced in a company of this kind. Thank you Dana and team! You Rock!

Job was done relatively quick given the task needed to be done and the delays if any were promptly informed with valid reasons. The final product was amazing! Getting the car dropped took about 20 minutes after all the info collected and picking it up was about 10 minutes with absolutely no issues!

Good crew, professional. The mom and pop shops are hit or miss, with these guys you know what you’re getting and they’ll address anything you point out. Going through insurance was a breeze with these guys. My dad used to come here prior to it being a Caliber shop and looks like they kept some of the same guys. Says a lot about the company. Corporate takeovers usually result in people leaving. As a plus, they even detailed the car afterwards. There’s quite a bit of calibers in Fresno but I’d rather go to this one because they have shown they treat my car as if it were their own.
