Cinemark offers a pleasant environment to enjoy a movie. Tickets may be purchased online or at the ticket booth. The main lobby is filled with popcorn and an arcade. They offer a variety of snacks for all customers. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

I really enjoy this movie theater! It has such a cool retro vibe that makes it feel nostalgic rather than outdated. The checkered walls and colorful hallways give it a fun, old-school charm you don’t really see in newer theaters anymore. The seats are comfortable, and since it’s tucked away in the mall, it’s never too crowded which makes for a relaxing movie experience. If you like a unique atmosphere and a bit of throwback style with your movie night, this theater definitely has the right vibe. I gave it 4 starts due to a few of the bathroom stalls not having working latches or their is no latch

Hispanic 30ish year lookin ol boy working the register at the concession at 1:00PM today with short hair was so rude today. Asked ol boy to check to see if I can use my Cinemark to pay towards my popcorn and soda. We were using the wrong terminology, sorry we don’t know the exact lingo - we aren’t Cinemark experts like the employees. But he rudely replied “I can’t check your rewards, you check it, it’s on your app.” We wanted to try to use “rewards” to pay towards our popcorn and soda. We told him we had it done before. He’s like “uh yeah, that’s a credit, I can’t check it now, you’ll have to wait until I’m done putting this in.” But the whole interaction, he was just rude - like you knew what we were talking about, you just wanted to be a smart ass. He could’ve politely just said “sure, I can check your credits but your rewards, you manage through the app.” There’s no need to be rude to customers. Like bro, if you hate your job just quit. Also, low rating because every time we go it’s so warm and humid in the theater.

Extremely unprofessional phone line me and my grandparents called and all we got was a loud high pitched and this place sold tickets for a movie that happens at 9 meanwhile the mall opens at 10 make that make sense

Been here before it's not that wide is very small room this is what happened to one of my friends he's very heavy and he went to the movies and the Sea broke my buddy was embarrassed and they did not offer him anything for the inconvenience just a refund this place is very outdated if you're comparing to other theaters and hearing other people that have been to that theater they really don't like it plus my friend said they made it felt like it was his fault
