It’s a sad site to see only 1 teller and 6-7 ppl in line, especially elderly folks. They finally had another teller come out, but if you see elderly folks you need to get employees up front ASAP. My teller was friendly, this is a complaint towards the management

Negative 10. I am not allowed to cash a paycheck there for over $5,000. It is written by Citibank but will not honor it. Now I know why they shut down a lot if their branches. You get better service and check 2 cash than Citibank.
